Cloud-9 again for Under-13s
For the second time in three matches, the under-13s smashed nine goals to beat Saron Juniors, and advance to the last-16 of the West Wales Cup. The Carmarthen League side arrived at Dukefield confident of success but were blown away by a sensational first-half performance, by their hosts, which led to a 6-0 interval scoreline.
Deadly duo Dylan Bebb and Lewis Reed were again in hot form, each scoring hat-tricks - the pair have now contributed 17 goals between them in the last four matches! Cameron McCreadie again showed his value at set-pieces, contributing two excellent goals and Sam Powell also added his second of the season.
The all-round passing was first class and the attitude of each player in Yelow and Green contributed to a pleasing performance. Weather permitting, the boys will be confident of building upon this success and adding league stability to their cup triumphs.
