Patience the key for the Youth

26/09/2016 13:57 The Dunvant u18s had to wait until the second half before securing victory over a dogged Penlan-Prescelli side at Cwmbwrla.  Skipper Bebb had given the visitors a half-time lead, from a deflected corner, but the lead was a slender one as Penlan looked to take advantage of the wind in the second half.  However, Dunvant showed great resolve to gradually take the game away from their hosts with a powerful second half display.  Bebb doubled the lead with a glancing header from Eynon's free-kick and Chalk marked his return to the side with a typical finish.  Greenwood and Knight capitalised on some hesitant defending to extend the advantage before Bebb completed his hat-trick with a tame volley which the keeper failed to hold.
