U15s continue good start

The under-15s followed up their impressive opening victory, over Mumbles, with a thumping 5-0 win over Llangyfelach at Dukefield.  In bright sunshine, the home side made a promising start and were rewarded when Joseff Rowlands timed his run perfectly onto Dylan Bebb's through ball to open the scoring.  The yellow and greens were unable to extend their advantage, before the break, but were good value for their lead thanks to some disciplined defending and crisp passing play.

After the break, Dunvant dominated possession and were soon out of sight.  Sam Powell doubled the lead with a powerful header from Bebb's corner and the defender added a third, shortly after, from another set-piece.  Louis Gillett and Callum Dolman dominated the centr of the field, for Dunvant, and the visitors were left chasing shadows in their attempt to get back into the match.

The result was put beyond doubt, in the final quarter as Bebb squeezed a long-range free kick through the keeper's hands for the fourth before Arjan Dhaliwal notched his first goal from the club with a super header from Dolman's inch perfect cross.

Llangyfelach are traditionally a tough nut to crack, at this age group, and the margin of victory in this match will give the Dunvant boys great confidence as they seek to continue their 100% start to the season.
