Useful run-out for u-12s "across the bridge"
A bye, in the league, forced the under-12s to travel West in search of action, this weekend. Camford Sports provided opposition for the Yellow and Greens and their hospitality was extended onto the pitch as the visitors helped themselves to a comfortable 11-0 win. Strikers Dylan Bebb (6), Toby Merchant (2) and Jack Coker (2) provided the bulk of the goals with Joseff Rowlands adding the other. There was much to admire about the Dunvant passing, movement and finishing but the limited nature of the opposition did flatter them slightly and coach, Peter Wynne, will demand even better against stronger opponents in the coming weeks.
Next week, the boys face Mumbles Lions in the League Cup first round, hoping to repeat the opening-day 8-0 victory over the Underhill side.
